I forgot!

I forgot to tell you all that I got a little camera for Christmas. Ron got me a little Sony Cybershot and it's been long overdue! So far I love it and don't have any complaints but I haven't really done much of anything with it either. I haven't taken that many pictures yet mostly because my house is just to embarassingly messy and because I just haven't been feeling that great. But here is what I do have so far :)

Eden and a naked Beeba.

Beeba passed out on Ron in the office.

I think I did it!

Ok, it looks like I've got this all pulled together and will tomorrow be leaving for sunny San Diego!  My amazing sister in law, Elise, has offered to come and pick up the girls at 5 from my neighbor, Sarah and then Ron will get them when he gets off work.  Man, Elise, I owe you more than I can say!!

I can't belive that I'm actually going to get to go.  I've got so much to get together today...

I see a light

So I had a Dr's appt this morning and I'm ver happy with the way that it went.  I really like my new Dr.  I got a female this time, not that I didn't like my old Dr but I just felt that a female would understand my problems and have more empathy than a male and my old Dr is in Plesant Grove, not really to covienant to Orem.

Anyway, I'm really happy with the way it went, I got to talk to the Dr and a NP that she's training and it was great!  They perscribed me a new anti depressant, wellbutrin, and if this stuff is as good as it sounds than I'll be all set.  It's not an SSRI (selective seretonin reuptake inhibator) it's a norepinephrine and dopamine reuptake inhibator.  It's supposed to affect the pleasure centers of the brain and help with motivation, something I've been severly lacking.  It's also supposed to help with chronic fatigue and get rid of the sexual disfunction I've been having (sorry if that's TMI).  So I'm really hoping it works, I've got my fingers crossed!

I also got a prescription for my headaches/migraines that I'm happy about too.  It's called fioricet...so if any of you have any experience with it, I'd love to hear your feedback.  The biggest plus of it is that it's safe to use while nursing, woo hoo!

So, today I have a brighter outlook than I did yesterday and I am starting to see some light.  Also, my income tax return was deposited in my bank account this morning, woo hoo!  What a day, I think I'm going to buy a sewing machine tonight :)

The Winner is...

YOU!
Now you too can be a winner like me! Lucky you!
The first five people to respond to this post will get something made by me! My choice. For you.
This offer does have some restrictions and limitations:
1- I make no guarantees that you will like what I make!
2- What I create will be just for you.
3- It'll be done this year. (might be December 31st, but you WILL get something)
4- You have no clue what it's going to be. It may be a story. It may be poetry or an article on properly cleaning your face before a masque. I may draw or paint something. I may bake you something and mail it to you. Who knows? Not you, that's for sure!
5- I reserve the right to do something extremely strange :)
The catch? Oh, the catch is that you must repost this on your blog and offer the same to the first 5 people who do the same on your blog. The first 5 people to do so and leave a comment will win a FAB-U-LOUS homemade gift by me!
Happy commenting :)

Ugh...

Sorry, guys I've been a bit lax in the blogging the past couple of days.  I'm been holed up on my couch totally miserable!  I've had the worst cramps and headache the past couple of days!  Anyway, I never got around to posting about how I won a fabulous blanket from my friend Tara's web site Kidz  her site is really amazing .  It's a suppport group for mothers with children of special needs and she found me though another blog that we both follow.

Anyway, every Tuesday she does Talk to me Tuesday and you link up a post from your own blog that is inspirational in someway and she does a give away for playing along every month.  Last months give away was for the fleece blanket that you'll see in her post.  I was the winner for January!!  How amazing is that?!  Again, thank you so much, Tara, I can't tell you how excited I still am!!

So that's my news for right now, I'll get around to posting some pictures later today :)

I am Fabulous and Encourging!!

Okay, so apparently my freind Jodi think's that I'm fabulous!!!  How great is that.  I'll tell you I really haven't been feeling so very fabluous, not one bit.  But now that I've got this award maybe I should strive a bit more for fabulousness.  We'll see how that goes.

Jodi gave me this award though her fabulous vinyl site.  She makes amazing things, and does frequent give aways, you can all see here at Barton Vinyl Decor.

Apparently, this award also comes with a tag, I'm supposed to list my 5 addictions, well here goes...
My 5 addictions:

1. Shopping, I love to shop!!

2. Books, I love reading and love books, I don't think a person could ever have enough books.  And tying into this addiction is also my addiction to Amazon.com.

3. Tea, I love tea, it soothes the soul.  Lately, I've been a really big green tea kick

4. Wine, love it, love it, love it.  Even though I don't get it as much as I used to in Ca.  :(

5. My kids, the make me a better person and I love them.

Now I get to tag 5 other people who I think are fabulous and they are...

Stephanie Waite, even though she dosn't read my blog and I'm sure she wont' participate in the tag, she really is fabulous and a huge inspiration in my life.

Natalie Wright, whe is an amazing crafts person and I really LOVE the stuff she makes

Mauri cause she's my friend and I love and miss her bunches and of course she's totally fabulous!!

Elise my sister in law, even though she was already given this award, I guess this means she's doubly fabulous!

and last, but certainly not least is

Lori my totally fabulous friend!!

And this second award came from Tara and I am deeply honored.  I'm glad that I have been encourging you :).  You are a constant encouragement to me, as well.  I'm so glad that I met you!
