I'm going back to school.

I think I've finally decided what it is I want to do with my life. I know, about time, right!? But I guess it's better late than never. Anyway, I've decided that I'm going to go back to school to become a midwife. I've been thinking about becoming a nurse for years but I think that a midwife would be a much better fit for me.

So, I guess this surprise pregnancy has brought along some benefits already. I've decided to go natural this time, use a midwife and go to a birthing center, and while I was researching the birthing centers I came across the one that I'm going to use and saw that they do midwifery training there and from the birthing center I found out about the MCU, Midwives College of Utah, and it all just kinda came together for me! I'm really excited about this and it just feels right. Now all I've got to do is find the money...

Very cool. I LOVED the midwife that was with me when I delivered Graham... I give her a lot of credit for his survival... that being said... there is NO WAY IN HELL I would ever want to do it. I was a midwife's worst case scenario.
